Whether you’re a competitive athlete or an exercise novice, you’ll find programs and services that fit your lifestyle at the Borgess Health & Fitness Center.

Some people like to run or walk every day, while others prefer swimming laps three times a week in our heated pool. Every member is different, and that’s why we offer diverse services, including group fitness classes of varying intensity levels, exercise programs for people with arthritis or other special health concerns and gentle introductory classes for beginners.
